Class Details

COST: $150 per class - plus the cost of your fabric for your project.
Class duration 5hr, run over three consecutive week nights, 6-8pm

Come and join us at The Stitchery Sewing studio and learn how to make yourself a cozy sweatshirt hoodie.
Come along and I will teach you all the tips and tricks I know on how to make yourself a cozy hoodie for those cooler days.
In this class we will make a raglan style hoodie with a kangeroo pocket and hood (lined hood optional) using a just your sewing machine.

Men’s pattern is also available, pls let me know prior to the class if you require the Men’s hoody pattern.

Hoody Details

You will have the use of the hoody pattern to use from the studio for this class, so no need to purchase your own pattern

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How to take key body measurements to chose the right size for you

  • How to lay fabric & cut out your pattern correctly

  • How to sew seams & finish insides

  • How to sew a lined hood

  • Topstitching

YOU NEED TO PROVIDE:

  • Fabric suitable for project, both main and hood lining (optional)

  • Drawcord for hood (optional)

  • Matching thread
