FABRIC:

EXAMPLE: If you require 1mtr of fabric you would select QTY=4 when ordering, if you require 2.5mtrs you would select QTY=10

Your order will be cut in a continuous length.
All fabric will be cut with a +/- 5% tolerance, however we will always ensure to do our best to cut as accurately as possible.
Valley Threads has endeavoured to accurately represent all fabric colours on the website; however, reproduction will vary depending on the monitor or screen you use.
Valley Threads has endeavoured to accurately represent all fabric specifications, weights, patterns, styles, wash instructions for each individual fabric.

If you are still unsure of colours or fabric specs than we recommend you order a sample swatch.

END OF LINE FABRICS: If Valley Threads at any time stocks end of line fabrics, we will do our absolute best to assess and describe the fabric as accurately as possible based on the information we have been provided by supplier of said end of line fabrics.

If there is any uncertainty around an end of line fabric, we will ensure to note this in the fabric description.

RETURNS:

All fabric sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect purchases or change of mind once the fabric is cut.
However, if the fabric you receive is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us immediately and we will happily arrange a suitable remedy for you.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of non-fabric items, you may return them for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
You will however be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging of said item/s and all returns must be received back within 14 days of receiving item, goods must be in original condition and packaging.
We will be unable to offer refund or exchanges unless the goods and its respective packaging are in As New condition.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if your parcel is delivered late due to courier or postal delays.
If we accidently send you the wrong fabric, pls contact us immediately and we will organise replacement at our cost.
Any claim on faulty items is to be made within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds or returns are not available on sale items.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:

All prices are in NZD (New Zealand dollars) and include GST (good and services tax).
All payments for fabric or non-fabric products are to be made through our website using Stripe payment method.
When you purchase from Valley Threads Fabrics you agree to pay all charges and applicable shipping fees.
When purchasing from Valley Threads Fabrics you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for the amount stated at the checkout upon completion of your order.
We aim to pack and ship your order within one working day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All parcels are sent via courier and a tracking number will be sent to you once order is complete and ready to be picked up.
Target delivery times is 1-2 days for most towns in NZ, after leaving Valley Threads HO, Rural Deliveries may take longer
These times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Parcels are sent via courier - if you are not home at time of delivery the courier will endeavour to leave your parcel in a safe place. If there is no safe place, they will leave a collection card for you to collect your parcel from the nearest depot.
Your parcel will be covered for damage during transit with the courier company, however Valley Threads Ltd or the courier company will not be responsible for any missing or damaged parcel once the parcel has been registered as delivered by the courier tracking system.
We will ensure to do our best to deliver your parcel safely but we cannot guarantee its security once it has been delivered.
If you prefer for your parcel to be signed for, please leave us a note in the comments section of your order.

By purchasing through Valley Threads, you agree to us keeping your email on our database.
We will not pass your email information or any other personal information to a third party.
You can request at any time for your information to be removed from our system.
