Maxi skirts are a must have in your wardrobe these days, they are perfect for all seasons.
In this class we will gather till our hearts content and in the end we will have a beautiful three tierd Maxi Skirt with an elasticated waist with drawcord and hand pockets (yesss)

Maxi Skirt

This maxi skirt is a great sewing project with an elasticated waist with drawcord and side hand pockets (because we all need pockets -right?)

YOU WILL LEARN:

  • How to lay fabric & cut out your pattern correctly

  • How to sew seams & finish insides

  • How to sew seams using correct seam allowances

  • How to edge stitching and topstitch

  • Buttonholes

  • How to sew side hand pockets

  • Gathering … an there is lots of that to do!

WHATS INCLUDED:

  • Use of the pattern

  • Fusing where required
