Class Details

COST: $45 per class - Class duration 2hr, price includes fabric and notions required for class

SKILL LEVEL: Beginners upwards

Come and join us at The Stitchery during the school holidays to make yourself a pencilcase and scrunchies

This class is great for beginner sewers, we start with making ourselves a zipper pencil case and then move onto a scrunchie or two.
These are a super fun projects, perfect for beginners who are wanting to try their hand at sewing.

This project is aimed at children 8yrs+ who are beginner sewers and keen to give sewing a go. More confident sewers are also most welcome to attend.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• How to lay fabric & cut out your pattern correctly

• How to sew seams & finish insides

• Adding a zipper

• Binding the inner seams

• How to insert and fasten the elastic

• How to finish the scrunchie
